Question : TIME LIMIT FOR DISPOSAL OF CASES

(a) Whether Central Secretariat Manual of Office Procedure (CSMOP) has fixed time limit for the disposal of cases;

(b) if so the number of test checks carried out in departments/offices under it in each of the last three years;

(c) the details of delay caused in the disposal of cased during each of the last three years; the reason for such delays, and

(d) action taken on the delayed disposal of cases?
