(a) whether the Securities and Exchange Board of India has mandated the listed companies to appoint atleast one Women Director on their Board. if so, the response of the Government thereon, company-wise:
(b) whether a significant number of companies inducted women directors from the promoter families to comply with the rule; and
(c) if so. the details thereof and the reasons threfore along with the corrective measures taken/being taken by the Government in this regard?
