(a) whether the Government has taken a decision to reserve
15 percent in all kinds of Government loans and grants for
making compulsory allocation for minorities;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the provision for the same in the Eleventh five year plan?

(a) to (c) There is no decision to reserve 15 percent of all kinds of
government loans and grants for the minorities.However,it is proposed
to step up priority sector lending to the minorities,by public sector
banks, to 15 percent by 31st March, 2010, under the Prime Minister`s
New 15 Point Programme for the Welfare of Minorities.
