(a)the number of mine safety violation cases during the last three years which have been brought to the notice of Director-General of Mines Safety along with State-wise details thereof; and
(b)the action taken by the Government in such cases along with outcome of each case?

(a): The number of violations observed State-wise during the last three years by Directorate General of Mines Safety(DGMS) are given at Annexure-I.
(b): DGMS has issued Improvement Notices, Prohibitory Orders and has launched prosecutions in such cases. The details
are given at Annexure-II.
