(a) whether unemployed youths were to be given training and employment under the centrally sponsored skill development schemes;
(b) the total number of unemployed youths who have been given training and the number of youths who have been given employment in Uttar Pradesh, especially in Budaun during the last three years and the current year so far, scheme-wise; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) Yes Sir. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is implementing its flagship demand driven centrally sponsored scheme, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) (2016-20), for short duration skill development training (Short-Term Training (STT) and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)) to unemployed youth across the country including State of Uttar Pradesh.
(b) and (c) The number of candidates trained/oriented, certified and placed in State of Uttar Pradesh and district of Budaun of Uttar Pradesh under STT and RPL component of PMKVY (2016-20), as on 17.01.2020, are given below:
