(a) whether the Government has sanctioned any grants/funds for any city of Gujarat under the Skill Development Programme from the year 2017 to till date;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the district-wise number of youths provided training in the said State under the Skill Development Programme from the years 2017 to 2019?
(a) to (c) Under Centrally Sponsored State Managed (CSSM) component of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (2016-20), Rs. 35.94 Cr. has been disbursed to State of Gujarat during FY 2017-18 for the implementation of this component through Gujarat State Skill Development Mission covering all districts/cities of Gujarat.
(d) The district-wise number of candidates trained in State of Gujarat under CSSM component of PMKVY 2016-20 from 2017 till 17.01.2020 are given below:
