(a) whether India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has signed an Memorandum of Undertaking (MoU) with the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) to promote tourism in the State; and
(b) if so, the type of services that the ITDC propose to offer to KSTDC to promote tourism?

(a) and (b): Yes, Sir. ITDC has signed a MoU with Karnataka State Tourism
Development Corporation Ltd. to collaborate and provide services to the State
Government in the areas of Reservation & Marketing, Development of new packages,
Publicity & Printing of tourist literature, Tourism Event Management, Human Resource
Development, Adventure Tourism, Project Implementation, Development of Heritage
properties & monuments and Technical & Economic Consultancy services on mutually
agreed terms.
