The inspection of fairs and exhinitions are done by the concerned Director of Handlooms and their authorised agencies in the States and the officials of the concerned Weavers Service Centre(s) from time to time. However, the accounts relating to such exhinitions/fairs are always prepared by the Coordinating Agencies verified by the concerned Director incharge of Handlooms and certified by the concerned Registrar/Chartered Accountants. The expenditure incurred on exhibitions organised by the Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms is at Annexure-I.
