(a) whether there is an urgent need to form a special cell comprising of specialists from
all the relevant fields to provide quick solutions/decisions for the problems of senior citizens;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government proposes to appoint a Minister to entrust with this responsibility; and
(d) if so, the details thereof;
