(a): Yes Sir. As per the provisions of Standard Bidding Document (SBD),sub-
contracting upto 25% of the contract price is allowed. In addition,in case the
amount put to bid is more than Rs.5.00 crores, sub-contracting has been allowed
for routine maintenance of roads with effect from 3rd August, 2009.
(b): Does not arise.
