Question : ABOLITION OF LUXURY TAX ON OIL

(a) whether Government is planning to abolish luxury tax on oil for the users of two wheelers and four wheelers; and

(b) if so, the details thereof ?

(a) No luxury tax is being levied on Petroleum Products.

(b) Does not arise in view of (a) above.
