(a) whether the work of four laning of Agra-Mumbai National Highway has been started;

(b) if so, whether no-objection for constructing this National Highway through forest land of Gwalior district has been obtained;

(c) if so, the details thereof;

(d) whether the Government are considering to divert bypass of the above National Highway; and

(e) if so, the details thereof?

(b)&(c) Special permission has been granted by Hon`ble Supreme Court for cutting of trees in the section from km 6o to 70 of National Highway-3.
