(a): The details of roads sanctioned for construction under Central Road Fund (CRF) Scheme for the State of Jammu & Kashmir are enclosed as annexed.
(b): As per CRF Rules, accrual of funds and release to State Government are based on the population & geographical area of the State and submission of utilization certificates by the State Government respectively. The details regarding accrual and release of funds to the state of J&K during last three years are as follows:
