(a) the number of Industrial Training Institutes opened in Chhattisgarh under the Skill Development Programme;
(b) whether all of the said institutes are functional, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(c) the number of youth nominated for the said training programmes?

(a) to (c) Yes Sir. There are 233 (123 Government and 110 Private) ITIs in the State of Chhattisgarh, which are affiliated under National Council of Vocational Training and imparting training under Craftsmen Training Scheme.
Total seating capacity in above 233 ITIs for August, 2018 is 24431 (11562 in 123 Government ITIs and 12869 in 110 Private ITIs) and trainees on roll is 24333 (12108 in 123 Government ITIs and 12225 in 110 Private ITIs).
