(a) to (c): The Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2005 (Bill No. 72 of 2005) and the State
Bank of India (Amendment) Bill, 2006 (Bill No. 99 of 2006) which were introduced by the Government
in the 14th Lok Sabha have lapsed. The proposal to introduce these Bills again in the Parliament
is under consideration of the Government.
