(a) whether the Government has any proposal to sale some percentage of stake in State Bank of India to improve the unprofessional and rude behavior of its employees with customers;
(b) if so, the details thereof: and
(c) the steps taken/being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) to (c): There is no such proposal under the consideration of Government to sale any stake in State Bank of India (SBI). SBI has informed that in case there are any complaints pertaining to unprofessional and rude behavior, these can be taken up through the various redressal mechanisms i.e. customer call centres, lodging of online complaint etc.
