(b) the details of the number of rural households in Thoothukudi Constituency who have been benefited under the Jal Jeevan Mission so far?

(a) & (b) Since August, 2019, Government of India in partnership with States, is implementing Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) – Har Ghar Jal to make provision of potable tap water supply to every rural household in the country including those of Thoothukudi Constituency of Tamil Nadu by 2024. The district as well as village-wise status as well as progress in providing tap water connection to rural households, as reported by the State, is available on JJM dashboard, which is in public domain at:

Under Jal Jeevan Mission, constituency-wise information is not maintained by the Department. The district-wise details of rural households in Tamil Nadu having provision of tap water supply is available on the JJM dashboard, and is also annexed.
