(a) whether the Government has allocated funds to State Commissions for women for implementation of various welfare programmes;
(b) if so, the details of funds allocated released and utilised during the last three years and the current year, State/UT-wise;
(c) the details of schemes implemented and activities undertaken by State Commissions during the said period; and
(d) whether the Government maintains any data regarding utilisation of funds by these commissions/bodies and if so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise?
