(a) & (b) Government has issued a Show Cause Notice dated 02.02.2010 to UTV-Bindaas Channel for
telecasting the reality show ‘Emotional Atyachaar’ which appeared to be obscene, offending
against good taste and decency and also not suitable for children and unrestricted public
exhibition. Action is taken as required in all such cases on receipt of the written reply
of the channel to the Show Cause Notice.
