(a) whether the Government has launched ‘NARI portal’ and ‘e-Samvad portal’ to make citizen aware about various schemes and initiatives for women as the information in this regard is not easily accessible in one place;
(b) if so, the number of women registered on the portals;
(c) whether all the villages of the country have been covered under this and if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the manner in which it is likely to help in formulation of policies for the welfare of women?

(a) to (d): National Repository of Information For Women (NARI) Portal was launched on 02nd January 2018 to provide the information about the Government Schemes and legislations for Women at one platform.
The NARI portal summarizes over 350 government schemes and other important information for the benefit of women. It provides links to the Ministries, Departments and autonomous bodies offering these schemes as well as easy access to online applications and grievance redressal.
e-Samvad portal was launched to provide a platform for NGO and civil society to provide their feedback, suggestions, put up grievances, share best practices etc.
