22.08.2013 REGARDING UPGRADATION OF AIRPORTS IN NE REGION.
(a) Yes, Madam.
(b) & (c) Airports Authority of India (AAI) is upgrading the existing terminal building/
infrastructure for integrated operation to handle international flights at Imphal airport
in Manipur. The estimated cost of modernisation is Rs.17 crores and the projected date of
completion is September, 2013.
