(b) & (c) Yes Madam, the budget of NRDWP has been curtailed by Union Government by 72% in view of enhanced devolution of net tax revenue under 14th Finance Commission to the States from 32% to 42%. The curtailment of funds have resulted in proportionate decrease in allocation of funds to all States.
(d) NoMadam. However, the matter has been taken up with the Ministry of Finance and proposal has been submitted for total allocation of Rs. 10,000 Crore in Supplementary demand stage.
(e) There is no direct impact of funds curtailment under NRDWP on Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin).
