(b)&(c): Under the 13th Finance Commission, Performance Grants for Urban Local Bodies are released to States on fulfilment of all the nine performance based conditions.
Release of Basic Grants under the 13th Finance Commission are not linked to any performance basedcondition. The details of Basic Grants for Urban Local Bodies released to Gujarat year-wise are given below:-
