(a) & (b) : As per the recommendation of the Task Force Report, a pilot based on
Aadhar authenticated LPG cylinder delivery is going on in Mysore in the State of
Karnataka. During the initial part of the pilot, the direct transfer of a token
amount was tested and found to be successful.
As directed by the Task Force, pilot is being extended to the entire Mysore District
and with full subsidy amount transfer. Modalities for the same are being worked out
and as per plan the scheme is expected to be rolled out in 2013 in full Mysore district.
