(a) & (b): At present, Recruitment in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) to the executive level is done centrally whereas for non executive is decentralized and done regionally for group of work centres. ONGC formulates its own recruitment policy and procedure in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Department of Public Enterprises.
