Question : CHANGE IN CONDITIONALITIES OF WORLD BANK LOANS AND ADB LOANS

(a) Whether conditionalities of loans have been changed by World Bank/Asian Development Bank/International Finance Institutions in case of all the State related Projects/private Projects;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) Whether India had requested for the change of conditionalities; and

(d) if so, the details thereof alongwith the reasons therefor and the response of the respective banks thereon?
