(a) whether the Office of Railway Mail Service (RMS) set up at Marwar Junction in Rajasthan, has been closed;
(b) if so, the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the Railways propose to restart this RMS office;
(d) if so, the time by which the said office is likely to be reopened; and
(e) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c): Yes, Madam. Office of Railway Mail Service (RMS) at Marwar Junction
has been closed by Post & Telegraph Department. No reasons have been advised by them
in this regard and no proposal for reopening of the RMS office at Marwar Junction has
been received from them.
(d) & (e) : Do not arise.
