(a) whether the Railways has initiated a plan to dispose of garbage generated at stations to improve non-fare revenue and if so, the details thereof;
(b) the steps taken by the Railways to utilise ample quantity of waste for generation of electricity;
(c) whether the revenue generated by auction of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials has gone down despite increase in the quantity of scrap; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the steps taken to improve the revenue from auction of scrap materials?
