(a) and (b): The Department of Tourism has sanctioned Rs.7.50 lakhs for preparing a 20
year Perspective Plan for development of tourism in the State of Jharkhand. Final report
has already been received.
Department of Tourism has also formulated scheme for Integrated Development of
Tourist Centres and Product/Infrastructure and Destination Development whose guidelines
have been circulated to all the States for submitting necessary proposals. So far no
proposal complete in all respects has been received from Jharkhand.
