(a) whether the Union Government has received any proposal from the State Government of Kerala to reimburse Rs. 19.4 crore as Central share for Saving-Cum- Relief Scheme to provide off-season relief to marine fishermen, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the Union Government has reimbursed its share of Rs.19.4 crore for Saving-Cum-Relief Scheme to marine fishermen in Kerala;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (d): Yes, sir. The Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Animal Fisheries Husbandry and Dairying under the component of National Scheme on Welfare of Fishermen of the Centrally Sponsored Scheme(CSS) on “Blue Revolution : Integrated Development and Management of Fisheries” had in July, 2019 accorded approval to the proposal of Government of Kerala for Saving-cum-Relief and released the central share of 19.14 Crore to the State Government for providing relief to a total of 1,27,600 Nos fishers in the State.
