(a) whether the Government proposes to provide financial assistance to encourage
advocates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward
Classes;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the time by which the final decision in this regard
is likely to be taken; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?
