UPLIFTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF SCS IN JHARKHAND

Will the Minister of SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT be pleased to state:
(a) the total funds provided by the Government for development of Scheduled Castes(SCs) of Jharkhand during the last two years, head-wise;
(b) the details of the schemes implemented by the Government for upliftment and development of SCs of Jharkhand;
(c) whether the Government has constituted any working group for smooth implementation of the said schemes; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a): The funds under the Development Action Plan for Scheduled Caste(DAPSC) is not provided to the State head-wise. However, the funds that have been provided to the State of Jharkhand during the last two completed years under various schemes being implemented by different Ministries as available in e-utthan portal of this Ministry is as follows:

2020-21 906.44 Cr.

(b): The details of the schemes implemented by the Government for upliftment and development of SCs of Jharkhand can be seen in detail in the portal https://e-utthaan.gov.in maintained in this Ministry. However, details of the five best performing schemes being implemented by different Ministries for upliftment and development of SCs of Jharkhand in the year 2019-20 and 2020-21 are as follows:
