(a) whether Government has information regarding cases of tax evasion under Double Taxation
Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs);
(b) if so, whether the Government is considering to review DTAA to curb speculative profiteers
evading tax; and
(c) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) to (c) Whenever it comes to the notice of the Government that there is improper use of the
provisions of any Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA), measures to review that DTAA are
taken in consultation with the treaty partner.
