(a) the total number of houses targetted to be constructed in the first and second phase under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana - Gramin (PMAY-G) in the State of Gujarat;
(b) the number of houses constructed till now and the details of the total number of beneficiaries being allotted houses, district-wise including Bhavnagar and Botad district in Gujarat; and
(c) the time by which the targets fixed during the two phases of the PMAY-G are likely to be achieved?

(a): Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana was started w.e.f. 1st April, 2016 and aims to provide “Housing for All” through provision of pucca house with basic amenities to all houseless households and households living in kutcha and dilapidated house in rural areas by March, 2022. The overall target is to construct 2.95 Crore in Phases- 1 Crore house in Phase-I (2016-17 to 2018-19) and 1.95 Crore houses in Phase-II (2019-20 to 2021-22) in the country. The number of beneficiaries in PWL for the State of Gujarat is 466671.The target given for the State of Gujarat under Phase-I is 2,04,703 and for the year 2019-20 of Phase-II is 1,30,301.
(b):The district-wise number beneficiaries in PWL, target allotted, house completed and remaining beneficiary in PWL is given at Annexure. Allocation of targets to district is done by State Government.
(c):The target date for completion of 2.95 crore houses under PMAY-G is 31st March, 2022.
