(a) whether the Handloom Weavers Comprehensive Welfare Scheme for weavers is under implementation in the country, if so, the salient features of the schemes, the financial assistance made available and eligibility criteria laid down to avail the benefit under the scheme;
(b) the number of handloom weavers covered under the said scheme during each of the last three years and the current year, State/UT- wise;
(c) the amount allocated, released and utilized for the purpose during the said period, State/UT and year-wise; and
(d) the extent to which weavers and their families benefited under the scheme?
