THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (SHRI TAPAN SIKDAR)

(a) to (c): Sir, out of the companies who hold Cellular Telephone Service Licenses at present, only one company namely M/s. Hexacom India Limited have not yet started their cellular service in North East Telecom Circle. M/s Hexacom have informed that due to difficult law and order situation, they could not start their operation in North East yet.
