(a)whether the examination for recruitment of social security
assistants in the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)
was conduct in May, 2012;
(b)if so, whether any incident off leaking the question paper come to
the notice of the Government iin this regard;
(c)if so, the details thereof; and
(d)the punitive action taken by the Government against the person found
guilty for such Act?

(a): Yes, Madam.
(b) & (c): The Police Authorities apprehended seven persons on 13.5.2012 when
they were busy solving the questions from the photocopy of the question papers.
They were conveying the answers through mobile phones to their respective candidates.
(d): The Police Authorities arrested seven poisons and a case vide FIR No.131/12
dated 13.05.2012 U/S 4061/ 420/1200 IPC IPS Crime Branch has been registered.
