(a) whether the crude oil production from the crude oil reserves in Rajasthan is likely to be
commenced by mid-2009 as envisaged before;
(b) If so, the facts thereof and the production from these reserves;
(c) whether the aforesaid schedule of the production is likely to be delayed due to problems
created by the State Government; and
(d) if so, the reaction of the Government in this regard?

(a) As per the Operator, commercial crude oil production from the block RJ-ON-90/1 is likely to
commence by the second quarter of 2009.
(b) As per the approved development plan the plateau oil production rate from RJ-ON-90/1 block
is likely to be 1, 08,000 barrels of production per day (BOPD).

(d ) Does not apply in view of (c) above.
