(a) whether the Government/State owned oil companies have signed any agreement with Middle East countries/ Gulf/Abu Dhabi National Oil Corporation to establish the strategic reserve of crude oil in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with outcome of the said agreement, country-wise;
(c) whether the said agreement is likely to contribute to the country energy security and help in import of more crude oil from the said regions; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the extent to which the said agreement is likely to boost the Oil trade with these countries?
