(a) the schemes being implemented by the Union Government for reorientation and
imparting of training to the representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions and the
Members of Standing Committees of Gram Sabha;
(b) the funds allocated for the purpose alongwith the shares of the Union Government
and respective State Government during each of the last three years;
(c) whether the Union Government is contemplating to increase its share; and
(d) if so, the time by which decision is likely to be taken in this regard?
