Question : National Child Labour Project

(a)the number of Project Institutions which are provided support under the National Child Labour Project (NCLP) in the State of Rajatshan, including Pali and Uttar Pradesh;
(b)the details of support including financial support provided to the Institutions ;
(c)whether the Government has an outstanding payment towards the Projects Institutions working in National Child Labour Project as of now; and
(d)if so, the time by which people of Rajasthan can expect the release of the funds along with the reason for delay?

(a) & (b): The details of District Project Society which were provided support under NCLP Scheme in the State of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh is annexed.

(c) & (d): The outstanding payment of the District Project Society for running Special Training Centers is calculated on the basis of Annual Progress Report, Quarterly Progress Report, receipt of Utilization Certificate etc. of the Financial Year. Only on receipt of the reports, the actual outstanding payment figures are calculated and payment effected. No such case with all requisite documents is pending for payment in the States of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
