(b) if so, the number of such cases reported so far in this regard;

THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT

(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has informed that 07 such instances have come to their notice in the allotments under Housing Scheme-2014.
(c)& (d): DDA has informed that the erring officials for such lapses are being identified for fixing responsibility.
