(a) whether the CVO, CPWD has completed its investigation concering
purchases of electrical and other items at higher rates than the MRP in CPWD;
(b) if so, the names and details of the officers found guilty in the scam
and the action taken against each of them;
(c) whether CPWD is still purchasing electrical items at more than the
rates available in Kendriya Bhandar;
(d) the details of CFLs and fans purchased by CPWD electrical divisions
of Delhi during the last two years indicating their purchase rates,
specifications and quantity etc; and
(e) the steps taken to bring economy in Government purchases?
