(a) whether the Union Government had implemented the Dakara Nala Ganga Pump Canal Project in Munger district of Bihar;
(b) if so, the date on which the project was launched and
the amount spent thereon; and
(c) by when the project is likely to be completed?

was taken up by the State Government in two phases. The year
