(a) Rural roads and their maintenance is a state subject. Repair and maintenance of rural roads are not taken up under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). However, upgradation of roads has been undertaken under PMGSY. As informed by the State Government, the details of road works sanctioned from the year 2014-15 to 2021-22, year-wise, for upgradation of the existing rural roads in Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Parliamentary constituency in the State of Haryana under PMGSY are given below:-
