(a): whether the Railways have conducted surprise raids to catch ticketless
passengers and taken action against them;
(b): if so, the number of surprise raids conducted from October 2009
till date and the number of people caught in these surprise raids,
zone-wise; and
(c): the amount recovered as fine from such ticketless passengers
during the above raids and the number of people sent to jail for not
paying the fine, zone-wise?
