(a) the status of allocation and release of the Rs. 3,000 crore per year Credit Guarantee Fund for Entrepreneurship Development in the country;
(b) the break-up of number of borrowers and amount borrowed under different sectoral heads of entrepreneurship, year-wise and State-wise;
(c) whether the rate of repayment has been low in some States as compared to others; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
(a) to (d): There is no Credit Guarantee Fund for Entrepreneurship Development managed by the Government through the trusteeship of National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited (NCGTC). However, Government has created Credit Guarantee Funds for Skill Development Loans. State-wise details of Skill Loans sanctioned and amount outstanding covered under Credit Guarantee Scheme, are given in Annexure.
