(a) to (c) Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE)has been implementing following schemes/programmes namely; (i) Pradhan Mantri Kaushal VikasYojana (PMKVY), (ii) Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS),(iii)Apprenticeship Scheme and (iv) Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) for skill development of the youth in different districts of Jharkhand. District wise information in respect of these programmes are given at Annexure-I, Annexure-II, Annexure-III and Annexure IV respectively. Further, the Ministry has not received any complaint about irregularities in the implementation of these programmes.
