(a) the norms fixed for the toll collection on National Highways along with the details of the toll plazas closed during each of the last three years including the reasons therefor;
(b) whether the Government proposes to close certain toll plazas and if so, the details thereof along with the action taken thereon;
(c) whether there has been any resistance from the toll concessionaires against the closure of toll plazas; and
(d) if so, the details thereof along with the steps taken/being taken to compensate these toll concessionaire/operators?
