(a): Details of funds allocated/released by the Government for development of
agriculture during 1999/2000 is annexed (Annex-I).
(b): The list of major schemes under which the above released were effected are

(c): Details of amount utilised by the State Governments w.r.t. releases are given
at annex-III.
(d)&(e): The State Governments sometimes are not able to utilize the funds in
full due to late submission of proposals and operational bottle-necks.
